Please do not copy or reproduce the kits or Digital Downloads in any shape or form for resale.
Personal use - You may use the items made with the printie/download kits for personal use or as part of your creation and you can post images on Social Media. Please tag Zenasminiatures in your post and we will share it for you too.
Commercial Use - If you are a commercial seller you should seek prior permission from Zenasminiatures to use the completed items as PART of your creation only. Send details of the items including images, links to your website, Etsy shop, Ebay store etc BEFORE listing. If permission is granted you should not over produce these items or flood the market with goods made from these kits (less than 6). Items created from the kits must not be sold individually, but as part of a larger creation featuring your own work. For example, books cannot be sold as completed albums but they could feature as part of a display for a library etc.
You must not make and sell more than 6 items created from a digital Download. Selling above this limit is considered mass production and will require a commercial license from Zenasminiatures which we do not currently offer.
Any listings, digital or physical sales on any marketplace found without prior permission will be reported for copyright infringement under Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
If approval is given to re sell (in small amounts) You MUST credit Zenasminiatures. You can do this by adding us as a production parnter on Ets and/or linking the items to our Social Media pages and website.
Re selling or distributing digital files is prohibited. All items remain copyright of Zenasminiatures.

Making up service
I offer a “making up” service. This means I make up the actual kit and send the completed item/s for you to enjoy.
The cost of making most kits is £12 plus the printed kit cost, unless the kit is very difficult or has lots of small parts etc. which will cost slightly more.
I ask that you request WHOLE kits made up, not parts of them, or different parts from different kits e.g. sewing box no 6 filled with buttons from deluxe button stand no6 and patterns from 1940s kit etc. I only make up complete kits but you could request Sewing Box No6 AND deluxe button stand AND 194s kit and request that I don’t glue any items in place but leave them loose for you to create your diorama.
Once we have agreed that I can make them for you please add the KITS (not downloads) that you would like made up to your cart and purchase them via checkout as normal adding a note to say something like “please make up”. This will keep the stock correct and is a satisfactory deposit on the items.
Your completed items should take no more than 2 weeks but I will give you a timescale when we are discussing it. When they are complete I will send an invoice for the making up cost plus any additional postage which becomes due. I will also send you an image to make sure you are happy with your items.
When final invoice is paid your items will be dispatched.

Based on your marketing preferences, we use your email and home address to send you details of our latest products and promotions.
We hold your personal data for the purposes of direct marketing to you for a period of three years from the date of your last purchase unless you have an outstanding credit balance or have updated your marketing preferences in which case you will continue to receive marketing information unless you tell us otherwise.

We will obtain your consent to send you details of our latest products and promotions via Email Marketing in a number of ways. We will obtain your consent when you register your details with us, open an account, make a purchase, sign up to our email newsletters, request purchase information from us, download our free digital download pdfs on the website. You can change your email and telemarketing preferences at any time.
Email Marketing
We would like to keep you informed about our latest product offers and promotions using the email address you provide to us. To do this, we will ask you to opt-in to receive marketing emails when you first register an account with us , sign up for our newsletter, download our free digital files or agree for us to use your email address for marketing purposes when we send you electronic receipts in store. You can opt out of email marketing at any time.
Direct Mail
We will never use your name and address to send you personalised marketing mails in the post.
Social Media
We will use your email address to send you online targeted marketing information about our product offers and promotions via social media platforms. To do this, we will share your email address in a secure manner with social media organisations, such as Facebook, who will match our advertising requirements to your social media profile. We have a legitimate business interest to send you product information via social media which we believe is of relevance to you; this is known as Interest-Based Advertising. However, should you wish to exercise your right to stop targeted social media marketing, you can do this at any time.
Third Party Marketing
We will not share your personal data with third party companies for the purpose of them marketing their products and services to you.
Changing Your Marketing Preferences
You can change your marketing preferences for Email Marketing at any time by:

Please allow 48 hours for your changes to be processed for email marketing.
Orders for Downloadable Items
If there are no physical products in the order, then attached product files will become immediately available to download. You will get a link to download your files after completing payment, and will receive an email with a download link. Paid orders that contain only downloadable products will have an order status of Completed. See Order Statuses.
If physical products are included in the order with the downloadable product, Digital items will only be sent once order has been marked as “Completed” by the seller and non-digital items have been posted. You will receive a link to download as soon as your order is completed.
You can only download the product 2 times. You should save it to your own hard drive on your PC to enable you to access it later. Download links only last for 5 days.

Can I make miniatures from your digital files for re sale?

Do you sell other scales?
All pdfs sold on Zenasminiatures are already scaled to 1/12th for optimal printing.
I don’t have a printer, are your items available as printed kits?
Yes. most of them are, you can find them in the KITS section of the website. If there is one you are interested in which is not available, please contact me and I will try to help.
Downloadable Digital Products Terms and Conditions of Sale
1.0 Introduction
These terms and conditions set out the terms and conditions between you, the customer, and Zenasminiatures (“us”, “we”), governing the use of our downloadable digital files including the content therein (the “products”). Your purchase, download and use of our products, constitutes your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.0 License and Use
Your purchase of one of our products constitutes our granting to you of a non-exclusive, non-sub licensable, non-transferable license to download and access that product for the purpose of your own personal use and reference, and print or convert the product to an image or vector format for your own storage, retention and reference (the “purpose”). You agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, any product other than for the aforesaid purpose. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not copy, re-sell, sublicense, rent out, share or otherwise distribute any of our products, whether modified or not, to any third party. You agree not to use any of our products in a way which might be detrimental to us or damage our reputation.
3.0 Intellectual Property
The products, whether modified or not, and all intellectual property and copyright contained therein, are and shall at all times remain our sole and exclusive property. You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright in the product.
4.0 Refunds
Once a product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the electronic nature of our products. Any refunds shall be at our sole and absolute discretion. We reserve the right to alter any of our prices from time to time.
5.0 Warranties and Liability
We make every effort to ensure that our products are accurate and fit for the use of our customers. However, we take no responsibility whatsoever for the suitability of the product, and we provide no warranties as to the function or use of the product, whether express, implied or statutory, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities or loss arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us for the supply of downloadable digital products, and shall supersede any prior agreements whether made in writing, orally, implied or otherwise.
